At the consumer layer, we bring people together into curated small group experiences with others navigating similar professional transitions, ambitions, and life experiences. Through intentional in person gatherings, we help people build authentic relationships, feel understood, and foster meaningful community.

Beyond community experiences, we are building toward a larger vision around relationship intelligence, talent ecosystems, and the future of human connection. We believe the future of networking, recruiting, opportunity discovery, collaboration, and community will become increasingly relationship driven rather than transactional.

Our long term vision is to build intelligent systems that better understand human compatibility, shared ambition, behavioral alignment, and social trust — helping people discover not only community, but also collaborators, talent, opportunities, and meaningful professional relationships.

At the B2B layer, we are exploring how relationship driven infrastructure and curated ecosystems can help startups, organizations, and communities foster stronger engagement, retention, collaboration, and trust at scale.

We are currently in the early stages with real world traction, curated experiences, an active community, and strong early validation around the problem we are solving.

We are looking for a founding CMO / Community & Growth Co Founder to help shape the brand, growth, partnerships, community, and overall cultural presence of CoPatible from the ground up.

This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for someone who deeply understands people, relationships, community, and culture — someone who naturally brings others together and knows how to create experiences and content that people genuinely connect with.

We are especially looking for someone who:

• Is deeply connected within startup, creator, founder, recruiting, or tech ecosystems
• Has experience building communities or growing brands
• Loves curating experiences and bringing people together
• Understands storytelling, social media, and cultural marketing
• Has a strong instinct for partnerships, growth, and audience building
• Is highly relationship oriented and growth minded
• Wants to help build a mission driven company from the ground up

• Experience in marketing, community building, recruiting, partnerships, growth, or brand strategy
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Deep understanding of startup and community ecosystems
• Experience creating content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, or X
• Ability to thrive in fast moving startup environments
• Strong relationship building and networking skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative
