What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cook/Line cook position at Coopers Restaurant and Bar?
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Must do opening and closing procedures which include cleaning after each service
- Assist in menu planning and development
- Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Would need to be able to communicate in English
Qualifications:
- must have breakfast/brunch cooking/prep/grilling/saute station experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Candidate would need to have reliable transportation. You will have to go through training period and be able to show your abilities and skills.
MUST HAVE TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY AND SATURDAY AND SUNDAY AVAILABILITY. MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH.
