Were seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team! Our culinary philosophy celebrates seasonal, plant-forward, and locally sourced cuisine that nurtures both body and soul. Youll prepare and plate seasonal, health-focused dishes, uphold food safety standards, and support smooth kitchen operations alongside our chef.
Responsibilities
- Prep and cook menu items (plant-based, seasonal, wellness-focused).
- Ensure consistency in flavor, portion, and presentation.
- Maintain sanitation, safety, and efficiency.
- Assist with events, workshops, and guest experiences.
Skills
- 13 years kitchen experience (restaurant, resort, or retreat preferred).
- Knowledge of health-focused cuisine a plus.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Current Food Handling Safety Certification (NY)
Physical Requirements
- Stand for long periods; lift up to 40 lbs.
- Work in hot/cold kitchen environments.
