We are seeking an experienced and reliable Private Home Chef to prepare two fresh meals per day, four days a weekin a private home setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about cooking, organized, clean, and able to accommodate personal preferences and dietary needs.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare 2 meals per day (typically breakfast and lunch or /and next-day meals)
- Plan simple, nutritious, and flavorful menus based on household preferences
- Grocery shop and manage food inventory (or coordinate with provided groceries, as preferred)
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Accommodate dietary restrictions, preferences, and portion requests
- Communicate effectively with the household regarding menus and schedules
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a private chef, personal chef, or professional cook
- Knowledge of a variety of cuisines and cooking techniques
- Ability to work independently in a private home
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- ServSafe certification is a plus
- Background check required
Compensation:
