RN/LPN Days

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to work with a quadriplegic adult client who has multiple shifts to choose from. He is communicative about his needs in a friendly and supportive environment. Shift availability is below.

Mon, Tues, Sat, and Sun: evening shifts 5p-11p 

Tues, Thurs, Sat, and Sun: day shifts 7a-5p

Position Location: Brentwood, MO 63144

Salary: $30.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on previous experience

Daily responsibilities

· Assist client with home/social activities and actively promote independence at home.

· Responsible for identification of client medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plan.

· Provide daily reports concerning client conditions, care, and needs for nursing supplies.

· Provide nursing care according to physician's orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.

· Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services for client and assist in the coordination of nursing care in the home environment.

Qualifications

· Current nursing license valid in Missouri

· Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the client while on duty

· CPR Certification
