About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing Director across a wide range of marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with foundational marketing experience who is eager to learn, takes direction well, and enjoys collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.
You will gain hands-on experience in enterprise social marketing, content creation, CRM management, website administration, campaign execution, and marketing performance reporting while supporting a growing, high-performing marketing department.
Qualifications:What You’ll Do
- Support the Marketing Director with day-to-day marketing projects and campaign execution
- Assist with enterprise social marketing, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and brand consistency
- Support content marketing initiatives across multiple channels
- Help manage CRM communications, including email and SMS campaigns
- Support website administration, landing pages, and seasonal promotions
- Assist with paid media campaigns and local marketing initiatives
- Create and edit marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite
- Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support promotions and company initiatives
- Help maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels
What We’re Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of marketing experience, including internships or entry-level roles
- Basic understanding of digital, social, and content marketing
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer communication tools
- Comfort using LLMs (AI tools) for content creation, research, and optimization
- Ability to follow directions, accept feedback, and execute efficiently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Home services or local marketing experience
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Photography and basic photo editing experience
- Exposure to paid advertising or analytics platforms
- Search Engine Optimization, AI search, and LLM seeding
- Content marketing experience
