Purpose
As a Comfort Advisor, your primary role will be to support clients in addressing their heating and cooling requirements, offering tailored solutions to enhance their comfort at home. Daily interactions will take place in clients' residences, where you will optimize your time by sharing valuable insights about our products and making thoughtful recommendations as if you were advising a friend.
Qualifications:What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients in their homes and professionally advise them in determining the correct heating and cooling system solutions
- Educate clients on HVAC replacement equipment and indoor air quality products
- Follow up with clients throughout the sales and installation process
- Build long-term successful client relationships
- Be proactive and forward thinking
- Meet or exceed Gross Margin and Revenue goals
- Work in confined spaces, where temperatures may be extreme to assist and/or assess Team Member recommendations
Qualifications
- Previous Sales Experience Dealing Directly with Customers (In-home)
- Interpersonal Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage fast-paced, deadline driven, Proficient Computer Skills
- Must have a clean MVR
- Must pass drug test and background check
Compensation
Commission:
- Pay: 100% commission with earnings from $150,000 and up per year
