Purpose
The Install Apprentice supports the Lead Installer with all HVAC system installations while building strong customer rapport to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
Qualifications:
What You’ll Do
- Must be able to communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
- Technicians are exposed to safety hazards throughout the day and will respect those conditions by wearing appropriate PPE.
- Technicians should have good mechanical fundamentals and be comfortable working with machines and electrical components.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and parts and work in tight conditions such as attics and crawl spaces at times.
- Technicians will be expected to work efficiently while onsite.
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- Clean driving record, ability to pass a drug and background screening
- High School Diploma or GED
- Trade school graduates preferred / Attending
- EPA Certificate
- Nate certificate within 1yr of employment
Salary : $18 - $22
