We're looking for a highly-skilled and charismatic Marketing Director to join our leadership team at Chick-fil-A Debbie Ln & Matlock Rd!

This is a unique opportunity to combine creativity, leadership, hospitality, and community engagement while making a meaningful impact inside and outside the restaurant. You'll work directly alongside an experienced Owner/Operator who believes in developing leaders and empowering them with ownership and autonomy.

Your Impact

• Lead the restaurant's social media strategy by creating engaging content and strengthening our digital presence
  
• Build meaningful partnerships throughout the Mansfield community and represent the Chick-fil-A brand at local event
  
• Plan and execute guest events, community initiatives, promotions, and in-store experience
  
• Coordinate team celebrations, appreciation events, and recognition programs that create an exceptional team culture
  
• Design and implement seasonal store decorations and visual transformations that create memorable guest experiences
  
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership to drive marketing initiatives that increase sales, guest loyalty, and community awareness
  
• Help cultivate a culture where team members feel valued, celebrated, and inspired to grow
  
• Support the overall mission of creating remarkable experiences for both guests and team members
  

Background Profile

• Passionate about serving people and building community
  
• Strong understanding of Chick-fil-A's values and mission
  
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
  
• Experience with social media, marketing, event planning, or community engagement preferred
  
• 2 years of leadership experience
  
• Hospitality experience preferred
