Qualifications
PRE-HIRE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree within Healthcare, Education, or related field, required
- Experience in simulation-based education, clinical training, or healthcare operations, preferred
- Technical proficiency with audiovisual systems, manikins, and computer-based simulation programs, preferred
- Must be comfortable working independently and in collaborative team environment consisting of diverse populations of staff, faculty, residents, and other administrative personnel
