Overview
The Account Resolution Specialist is responsible for follow up/account resolution of all insurance claims processed within a specific alphabetic range and/or financial class. Responsibilities occasionally will include other duties as assigned, and overtime as requested or required.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous work experience as an Insurance Analyst or equivalent experience/training in date entry.
Two (2) years in a Healthcare setting, preferred.
