Role Description
Control Automation Technology LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Coordinator – Capital Equipment to support our growing U.S. operations.
This is a full-time position based in Waukesha, Wisconsin / Greater Milwaukee Area. The role is primarily in-office, with possible limited work-from-home flexibility based on business needs.
In this role, you will support capital equipment sales and service operations by managing customer inquiries, coordinating sales calls and follow-ups, supporting quotation and order tracking, coordinating equipment delivery, assisting with installation planning, and following up on warranty and post-delivery service matters.
You will work closely with customers, suppliers, sales management, service engineers, logistics providers, and international principals to ensure timely communication, proper documentation, and smooth execution of customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage incoming customer inquiries, sales calls, emails, and follow-ups.
* Coordinate customer meetings, sales activities, and internal action items.
* Support quotation preparation, proposal tracking, purchase order follow-up, and sales documentation.
* Maintain customer records, opportunity tracking, and project status updates.
* Coordinate equipment delivery schedules with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
* Assist with installation planning, service scheduling, warranty follow-up, and post-delivery support.
* Communicate with overseas suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely customer updates.
* Support customer satisfaction by ensuring timely responses and proper follow-through.
* Assist management with sales reports, customer updates, and general business coordination.
Qualifications
* Experience in sales coordination, inside sales, customer service, operations support, or service coordination is helpful.
* Experience in capital equipment sales or service is preferred.
* Background in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, automation, or industrial equipment is an advantage.
* Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, organization, and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

* Good organization, coordination, and follow-up skills.
* Comfortable handling customer communication and technical product information.
* Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and general business documentation.
