Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, graders, or forklifts depending on the project needs
- Perform pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance of equipment
- Follow site plans, grade specifications, and blueprints
- Load/unload materials, clear job sites, and assist with earth-moving activities
- Communicate with foremen and crew to ensure safe and productive workflows
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards at all times
- Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Pre-Employment drug screen
