The Bristol offers upscale senior living and personal care in a beautiful setting! We are ready to add dedicated, passionate, and skilled Resident Assistants to our growing team.
Ready to apply? We are hiring for full-time, 3pm-11pm, including every other weekend.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support while promoting resident independence and dignity
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and needs
- Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition
- Assist with meal service, hydration, and evening routines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
- Follow care plans, safety protocols, and community policies
- Work collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, and other team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in senior care, assisted living, or healthcare is a plus (but not required)
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Ability to pass background checks and required screenings
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
