Ashton Grove is a vibrant senior living community dedicated to providing exceptional care and meaningful experiences for our residents. Our Memory Care neighborhood offers a safe, supportive environment for individuals living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. We are seeking a compassionate and creative Memory Care Activity Assistant to join our team and help enrich the lives of our residents.
Schedule: Full-Time available - 9 am to 6:30 pm (every other weekend required)

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and leading engaging activities tailored to residents with memory impairments.
- Encourage participation and provide one-on-one support during programs.
- Foster a positive, stimulating environment that promotes emotional well-being and social interaction.
- Document resident participation and progress in accordance with community standards.
- Collaborate with the Memory Care Director and care team to adapt activities to individual needs.
- Maintain a safe and clean activity space.
