Position Summary:
Apple Blossom Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Full-Time Resident Assistant to support both our Memory Care and Personal Care (PC) neighborhoods. In this role, you will provide hands-on care and meaningful support to residents with varying needs, including those living with dementia and those requiring assistance with daily living. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact every day.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide support with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Offer compassionate care to residents with memory loss, including redirection and engagement
- Assist with meals, hydration, and medication reminders as directed
- Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Follow individualized care plans and community protocols
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and daily routines
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred (memory care experience a plus)
- Compassionate, patient, and adaptable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Must meet all state requirements and pass a background check

A high school diploma is required. Previous caregiver experience is preferred but not required.
