Red Cedar Lodge Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN (as-needed) 1st Shift Resident Assistant to join our care team. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, enjoys helping others, and is passionate about providing high-quality care to seniors.
Position Details:
- PRN (as-needed) position
- 1st shift hours (7am-3pm)
- Flexible scheduling based on facility needs
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide compassionate, respectful care and emotional support
- Assist with meals and hydration
- Monitor residents’ well-being and report any changes to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity
Qualifications:
- Caring, patient, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and flexible availability
- Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
