We are hiring a part-time activity assistant for memory care to work 9:00 AM-6:30 PM! Every other weekend required.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in planning and leading daily activities such as crafts, games, music, exercise, outings, and special events
- Encourage resident participation and help adapt activities to individual needs and abilities
- Build warm, positive relationships with residents and families
- Help maintain organized activity supplies and spaces
- Support special celebrations, themed events, and community partnerships
- Transport or escort residents safely to and from programs
- Document participation and provide updates to the Life Enrichment Director
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, upbeat personality with a genuine love for working with seniors
- Ability to motivate and engage individuals with varying abilities
- Creativity and a willingness to try new ideas
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependability and a positive, can‑do attitude
- Experience in senior living, activities, recreation, or caregiving is a plus—but not required
