What You’ll Do
As an essential member of our clinical team, you will:
- Provide safe, high‑quality nursing care under the supervision of an RN or provider
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and facility policies
- Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to interventions
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort and dignity
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Support a positive, collaborative, and patient‑centered environment
- Participate in care planning and contribute to continuous quality improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Current LPN license in good standing
- Strong assessment and critical‑thinking skills
- Compassionate, patient‑focused care philosophy
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work a 12‑hour day shift (7p–7a)
- Every other weekend required
- Prior experience in healthcare preferred (but we welcome new grads!)
