Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven acquisition associate to manage leads, build relationships, and drive revenue. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in sales, enjoy working independently, and are motivated by performance-based earnings.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales leads via phone, text, email, and CRM
- Communicate with property owners, buyers, and investors to identify opportunities
- Qualify leads and guide prospects through the sales process
- Conduct consistent follow-up to move leads toward conversion
- Coordinate appointments, property evaluations, and sales discussions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with management to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Sales, customer service, or lead management experience preferred
- Real estate experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with high-volume phone and follow-up activity
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple leads in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Workspace preferred
Compensation (1099 Independent Contractor)
This is a 1099 independent contractor position with performance-based compensation.
- Eligible for $25,000 in annual base compensation after generating $100,000 in revenue
- Eligible for $50,000 in annual base compensation after generating $500,000 in revenue
Base compensation eligibility is determined by individual performance and revenue generated. Additional commission and performance incentives may be available and will be discussed during the interview process.
