Customer Service Representative – Payments & Support

ContactUs Communications based in Columbus, Ohio, is expanding and has a new need for an existing client. This is a work on site position in our Grindstone, Pennsylvania location.
About The Customer Service Representative – Payments & Support Role:
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives who enjoy helping customers and are comfortable handling payments and billing-related inquiries. This role combines excellent customer care with accurate payment processing. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as supporting a diverse customer base is a key part of this position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and friendly customer service via inbound calls
- Assist customers with account questions, billing issues, and general service needs
- Process customer payments accurately and securely while following company policies
- Clearly explain balances, charges, and available payment options
- Document of customer interactions and payment activity in internal systems
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction standards
- Escalate complex issues when appropriate
- Comfortable handling an average of 60 – 70 calls per day
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Customer service or call center experience preferred (training provided)
- Comfort handling financial transactions and sensitive customer information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
Bilingual Skills:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a significant plus and highly valued
