🌟 What You’ll Do
As an Inbound Customer Care Agent, you’ll be the friendly voice that helps health care providers — from hospitals to dental offices — with their payment and account questions.
Every day, you’ll:
Answer inbound calls with professionalism and positivity
Assist with payment inquiries, transaction details, and updates
Help users with website support (like password resets and navigation)
Ensure all customer information is accurate
Keep things friendly, helpful, and efficient — even on the 60–70 calls you’ll rock through daily!
🧠What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who’s:
At least 18 with a HS diploma or GED
Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office
Able to type 25 words per minute
A great communicator — both on the phone and in writing
Patient, empathetic, and upbeat (we love great attitudes!)
Reliable, organized, and ready to grow with us
(Knowledge of HIPAA is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you!)
⏰ The Details
Training Hours: Monday–Friday | 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. EST
Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. EST (No weekends!) 8- Hour Shifts
Location: 111 Roberts Road, Suite 400, Grindstone, PA 15442
