- Performing light housekeeping duties and maintaining accurate records.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in the patient's physical or psychosocial condition.
- Following the client’s Plan of Care strictly, without administering medications.
- Using equipment such as blood pressure cuffs and stethoscopes, and completing documentation via EVV app or timesheet.
- Upholding patient confidentiality, respecting patient rights, and reporting concerns about abuse or unsafe conditions.
- Demonstrating dependability, adaptability, and compassion in patient interactions.
- Maintaining valid certification with DFS.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Effective communication skills, including reading, writing, and following directions.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing.
- Sympathetic attitude toward patient care.
