- Assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients with respiratory conditions
- Collaborating with physicians to develop treatment plans
- Performing diagnostic tests and administering therapies
- Monitoring and adjusting equipment and patient status
- Educating patients and families on medication and equipment use
- Working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
- One year of recent RRT experience and NBRC credential
- Valid respiratory therapy license and current BLS certification
- Critical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and using PC tools
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and communicate effectively
