Role: Outpatient Physical Therapist providing therapy services in orthopedics, neurological, and general debility care.
Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality outpatient therapy, float between locations as needed, and adhere to facility dress and documentation standards. Training on EMR and CBTs will be provided.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid State License, CPR certification, at least 1 year of experience, with preferred experience in outpatient, orthopedics, neuro, balance, or pain management. Must be team-oriented and flexible.
Key Duties: Provide outpatient therapy services, collaborate with healthcare teams, and ensure patient care quality in a team environment.
