RN ICU Nights

Role Overview: This position involves providing high-level, direct patient care in a technically complex ICU environment, utilizing evidence-based practices and adhering to AACN’s Synergy Model.

Responsibilities Include

• Delivering top-of-scope nursing care using the nursing process
• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Modeling proficiency through precepting new healthcare professionals
• Supporting safety and quality at the point of care
• Participating in specialty education and competency validation with clinical educators
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited or state-approved nursing program
• Valid RN licensure
• Minimum six months ICU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program
• Current BLS and ACLS certification through AHA or Red Cross
