- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate neonatal patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols.
- Provide education and support to families.
- Occasionally float to Peds/PICU, SCN, and Mother Baby units.
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree required within five years if initially held.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Level III/IV NICU setting.
- Current Illinois RN licensure, BLS, and NRP certification (within six months).
- Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and communication abilities.
