Registered Nurse (RN) | Women’s Center

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops nursing diagnoses, care plans, and interventions based on patient assessments.
• Provides physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families.
• Communicates with healthcare team members, reviews physician prescriptions, and coordinates care.
• Educates patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
• Monitors and evaluates patient outcomes, adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Maintains a safe environment, adheres to infection control and safety protocols, and documents care accurately.
• Ensures proper operation and stocking of patient care equipment and supplies.
• Maintains professional competence and adheres to legal, safety, and organizational standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Visual acuity and effective communication skills.
• Preferred 1-3 years of clinical experience.
