Role: Registered Nurse providing clinical care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct resident assessments and monitor health status.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately.
  • Develop, update, and implement resident-centered care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and ensure quality care delivery.
  • Document medical records accurately and thoroughly.
  • Educate residents and their families about care plans and health management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Current RN license.
  • Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
