Responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient care according to professional standards.
- Key Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitor treatment effects, document patient information, and address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. Delegate tasks appropriately to care providers and provide patient and family education.
- Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; minimum 1 year of related nursing experience preferred. Valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required. Must complete organizational orientation, competency validations, and annual requirements. Ability to assess complex needs and communicate effectively in diverse situations.
