Primary Care Physician
Seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join a well-established outpatient network in Southeast Missouri, serving a broad regional patient base.
Key responsibilities include providing outpatient primary care in either a rural health clinic or a multi-specialty practice, managing an average of 20-25 patients daily, and collaborating with a team of physicians, APPs, pediatricians, behavioral health providers, and subspecialists. The role offers on-site imaging, laboratory, and diagnostic services, with strong nursing support.
Qualifications & Skills include medical licensure in the state, outpatient care experience, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
Benefits & Compensation feature a base salary of $350,000 RVUs, 5 weeks PTO, CME time and allowance, comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage, and up to $420,000 in student loan assistance.
Work Environment includes a 4.5-day workweek, administrative time, and a phone-only call rotation (~1:8). The practice is supported by dedicated clinical staff and offers on-site diagnostic services.
