Primary Care Physician

Position Overview
The largest healthcare system between St. Louis and Memphis is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its growing outpatient network in Southeast Missouri. Opportunities are available in both a well-established rural health clinic and a multi-specialty outpatient practice.
Position Highlights
- Join either an established rural health clinic or an expanding multi-specialty outpatient practice
- Profitable and established clinics serving a broad regional patient population
- Existing teams include Primary Care physicians, APPs, Pediatricians, Behavioral Health providers, and multiple subspecialists
- Established specialist outreach services including Cardiology, Orthopedics, Nephrology, Ophthalmology, Psychiatry, and Podiatry
- Outpatient-only practice model
- Average volume of 20-25 patients per day
- 4.5-day work week with dedicated administrative time
- Phone-only call rotation of approximately 1:8
- On-site imaging, laboratory, and diagnostic services
- Strong nursing support with dedicated clinical staff
- Base salary $350,000 RVU
- 5 weeks PTO
- 5 days CME time $5,000 for CME
