Clinical Resident Nurse - Med/Surg

Role Overview: Provides direct and indirect patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes. Utilizes critical thinking, nursing processes, and compassionate care to preserve patient dignity and restore health. Performs general nursing duties, patient education, and prioritization, with additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications And Skills

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Computer literacy is required; additional certifications like ACLS/PALS are preferred.
• Valid RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire; specialty certifications preferred.
