- Providing outpatient hematology and oncology care with a balanced schedule
- Managing patient caseloads ranging from 15 to 40 patients per day
- Collaborating with experienced nursing staff, 4 APPs, and specialized clinical teams
- Utilizing modern facilities equipped with 13 exam rooms and 15 infusion chairs to deliver comprehensive services, including infusion, radiation, and diagnostics
- Delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment
- BC/BE in Hematology & Oncology
- Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
- Strong commitment to patient care excellence
- Visa sponsorship available for J1 and H1b candidates
- Base salary of $665k plus productivity incentives
- Sign-on bonus of $75k and $10k relocation assistance
