- Providing outpatient care with inpatient consults
- Flexibly managing a 4–5 day workweek
- Supporting a high-volume practice with opportunities to lead or develop subspecialty interests
- Collaborating with APPs who handle the first call
- Board certification in Hematology-Oncology or related fields
- Experience in outpatient oncology care
- Strong teamwork and leadership abilities
