Physician - Palliative Care

Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Palliative Care physicians for tele-non acute shifts.

Responsibilities: Provide palliative care services via telehealth, focusing on non-acute cases, with an emphasis on patient-centered support and symptom management. Participate in approximately 7 shifts per month, each lasting 8 hours, ensuring quality care delivery without stroke consults.

Qualifications & Skills: Board eligibility or certification in Palliative Care; IN state license preferred. Strong communication skills, ability to work independently in a telehealth setting, and a commitment to compassionate patient care.

Key Duties

• Deliver telehealth palliative care consultations and support.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with clinical standards.
