- Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients.
- Provide direct supervision to patients and oversee rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.
- Ensure treatment aligns with departmental policies, referral standards, and organizational mission, values, and service standards.
- Current State license in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate).
- Current BLS certification.
- Preferred: Six months to one year of experience, especially with adult and geriatric populations.
- Assess patient needs and implement appropriate therapy interventions.
- Supervise support staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain compliance with licensing, certification, and organizational standards.
