- Providing nursing care aligned with standards, physician orders, and regulations
- Administering medications and treatments with compassion
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
- Monitoring vital signs, collecting samples, wound care, and supporting resident comfort
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to policies and legal requirements
- Documenting patient information and assisting with staff coaching
- Current LPN license in Virginia
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
- Positive attitude, reliability, strong clinical judgment
