- Deliver nursing care in accordance with standards, physician orders, and regulations
- Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents' physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
- Assist with resident comfort, monitor vital signs, collect samples, provide wound care, and support catheter care
- Maintain confidentiality, adhere to policies, and ensure compliance with legal and professional standards
- Track and review patient medical histories and physical conditions
- Support staff development and mentorship as needed
- Current LPN license in Virginia
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred; new graduates are welcome
