Role Overview

Provides direct patient care by assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing needs within established standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while engaging in professional development. Develops individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, considering patient preferences and cultural needs. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional aspects of patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• RN licensure required.
• No prior experience necessary; 2 years preferred for advanced roles.
• Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.
