Role Overview

Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team, patients, and caregivers, ensuring effective communication across care settings.
• Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred.
• Licenses: Valid RN license.
• Experience: No prior experience required; two years preferred for advanced roles.
• Skills: Passion for teamwork, commitment to orientation and learning scrub/circulate techniques, and alignment with core values of kindness, safety, excellence, respect, and teamwork.
