Responsibilities: Provide individual and group counseling, conduct assessments, screenings, and referrals, develop treatment plans, deliver case management, coordinate community support services, maintain accurate documentation, support client recovery and stability, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in supervision and training.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential, associate's degree in human services or related field (bachelor's preferred), knowledge of addiction and recovery principles, experience with justice-involved populations is a plus, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
Key Duties: Support clients' recovery journey, ensure proper documentation, work collaboratively, and participate in professional development to enhance skills.
