This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to provide morning support in the Holmen area. This is a part-time weekday position ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful connections and making a positive difference each day.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 9:00/9:30 a.m. (10-12.5 hours per week)
Pay: $16.32 per hour
Bonus Opportunity: Earn a $500 bonus - $250 after completing the CDCP course online, and an additional $250 after 6 months of employment.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily shower assistance
Assist with dressing
Light meal preparation
Light housekeeping (sweeping, vacuuming, mopping as needed)
Laundry support
Personal care support
Qualifications:
Experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred
Timely, reliable, and consistent attendance
Friendly, bubbly, talkative, and socially engaging personality
Comfortable around children
Non-judgmental, compassionate, and committed to quality care
