Workday Reporting and Prism Lead

Workday Reporting & Prism Lead

We are looking for a resource to support development of custom reporting and Prism data models as part of the Workday implementation leading up to go‐live in mid‐June. The primary focus of this role would be to design and build reporting needed for operational readiness.

Core Responsibilities

· Build custom Workday reports using Advanced Reporting

· Develop calculated fields and complex report logic

· Design and build composite and matrix reports

· Translate legacy reporting logic into Workday‐compatible reporting structures

· Develop and configure Workday dashboards where appropriate

Prism Analytics Responsibilities

· Evaluate historical HR data to determine the Prism data modeling strategy

· Design and build Prism datasets and data models to support historical reporting

· Configure data transformations and joins within Prism

· Support reports that require historical or cross‐source data

Additional Support

· Help assess the remaining legacy reporting inventory to determine if delivered reports will suffice or if customization is required

· Identify where Prism datasets are required for historical data

· Assist with report validation during UAT

· Provide guidance on reporting best practices and data source selection

Experience Needed

· Strong experience with Workday Advanced Reporting

· Advanced calculated fields

· Composite and matrix reporting

· Workday data sources and security context

· Workday Prism Analytics including dataset design and data modeling

· Experience translating legacy reporting requirements into Workday reporting structures

· Experience supporting global structure with ROW reporting need
