What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Coordinator position at ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions?
Responsibilities
- Facility Management: Maintain overall cleanliness, safety, and functionality for iCapital’s 26,000 sq. ft. Stamford, CT office, including two pantries and multiple conference rooms.
- Daily Operations & Inventory: Manage, procure, and restock office supplies, snacks, groceries, and beverages to ensure the workplace is always fully prepared.
- Event & Catering Support: Coordinate and assist with the setup, execution, and cleanup of in-office catering, meetings, and internal/external events.
- Vendor & Building Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and external vendors; manage deliveries and secure necessary Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
- Ticketing & Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of office equipment (coffee machines, printers) and resolve or escalate service requests using the Freshservice workplace ticketing system.
- Space & Seating Coordination: Assist with managing office seating arrangements, room allocations, and overall floor plans.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team to handle onboarding/offboarding logistics and create a welcoming arrival experience for guests and new hires.
- Team Collaboration: Support the broader Workplace team with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.
