We are seeking a highly capable Program Manager to lead multiple concurrent, enterprise-level initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, execution, and measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings strong program management fundamentals while also embracing modern delivery practices—including leveraging AI and automation to improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent programs, ensuring alignment to strategic business objectives
• Partner with executive stakeholders to define priorities, track progress, and communicate outcomes
• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including reporting cadence, decision structures, and escalation paths
• Monitor program health across workstreams, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
• Own financial tracking, including budget oversight, forecasting, and resource alignment
• Translate complex program data into clear, concise executive-level reporting and storytelling
• Drive cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, operations, and business teams
• Ensure consistent execution through Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies

• Leverage AI tools and automation to:
  • Enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
  • Improve visibility into program performance and risks
  • Streamline workflows, documentation, and communication
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI-driven insights into planning and decision-making processes

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in program or project management
• Proven experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously in complex, matrixed environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with executive leadership
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, drive alignment, and navigate ambiguity
• Hands-on experience with program management tools:
  • Jira, Confluence, and advanced Excel/spreadsheet reporting
• Strong financial and operational tracking experience

• Experience supporting enterprise technology, digital transformation, or AI-related initiatives
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models
• Experience implementing or optimizing program governance frameworks
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools for reporting, planning, or workflow automation

• Programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives
• Executive stakeholders have clear, actionable visibility into program health
• Risks and dependencies are proactively managed with minimal disruption
• Delivery processes are continuously improved through automation and AI enablement

• High-visibility role with direct exposure to executive leadership
