Key Responsibilities
- Manage all contractor employees, ensuring effective performance and alignment with project objectives.
- Track labor usage, submit detailed labor reports, and ensure timely submission of all project deliverables.
- Oversee project deliverables, ensuring compliance with government regulations and cost/schedule estimates.
- Provide expertise in managing acquisition lifecycle processes.
- Interface directly with federal representatives, fostering clear communication and resolving any issues promptly.
- Ensure all work complies with data security standards, includingHIPAAandFISMArequirements for the handling, storage, and transmission of sensitive information.
- Participate in kickoff meetings to establish deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress reports detailing project performance, costs, and challenges.
- Education:Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited academic institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Trade-off:Master’s Degree with at least4 yearsof relevant experience.
- Experience:Minimum of10 yearsmanaging large medical review projects evaluating programs like Medicare and Medicaid, with a focus on quality of care and patient safety.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Familiarity with federal regulations, including FAR requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of cost and schedule estimating, database entry, and project analysis.
- Expertise in implementing HIPAA and FISMA compliance measures.
