Civil Drafter

Job Title: Civil Drafter
Location: South Ogden, Utah (Onsite Monday - Friday)
Duration: Contract-to-Hire, Long-term
Pay Range: $25.00 - $35.00 Hour W2 DOE

Job Responsibilities:

Create precise layouts, drawings, and designs adhering to Engineering and Surveying specifications, as well as engineer redlines and landscape architectural drawings utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D or Land FX software.
Develop Alignments, Surfaces, Profiles, Pipe Networks, Intersections, Corridors, Plan and Profile Sheets, and Subdivision plats and Civil Design Packages.

Required Skills:

• 2 years of Civil/Landscape Architecture drafting experience, demonstrating proficiency in drafting techniques and standards.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and experience in using Civil 3D, Land FX or other 3D design software.
• Strong grasp of drafting standards, basic mathematical skills, standard measurement units, and the use of engineers' and architects' scales.

• Demonstrated ability and willingness to rapidly learn new software applications.
• Open to entry-level candidates with a commitment to long-term career growth and a strong eagerness to learn civil drafting/design principles.
