• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information and payment history.

• Generate and send invoices to customers electronically, ensuring timely and accurate billing for all services rendered.

• Serve as the primary contact for billing-related questions from both clients and internal teams, collaborating across departments to resolve discrepancies or issues.

• Open and manage billing cases, track changes, and reconcile updates with the general ledger.

• Support daily billing operations in a fast-paced environment, helping to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

• Assist the Billing Manager and team with special projects, departmental initiatives, and other tasks as needed.

• Align with departmental KPIs to monitor individual performance, drive personal accountability, and support opportunities for additional compensation.

Required Skills:

• 3 years of billing experience
• Proficient with Excel
