Pay Range $50.00-60.00/hr.
We are seeking a qualified candidate for a mid-level Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our dynamic team. Our Content Management System (CMS) is being rewritten in React and additional QA/SDET experience is needed to support this transition, future cloud migrations, and ongoing support. We also anticipate continued QA/SDET needs as we build out our testing automation framework on the team.
Responsibilities
- Develop automated test code for software development projects to ensure robust and reliable software solutions.
- Draft, revise, and approve test plans and scripts to align with organizational standards and IT strategy.
- Create comprehensive test data, including valid and invalid records, to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow.
- Ensure successful completion and documentation of tests, resolving issues within a Continuous Delivery model.
- Influence the design, testing, and measures to protect solutions from security compromise or system failure.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of progressive, relevant professional experience in software testing or development.
- Test Automation tooling: e.g., Playwright, Selenium, etc.
- API testing: RestAssured, Postman, Bruno, etc.
- QA skills: Security testing, Penetration testing, Performance testing, etc.
- Must be temple worthy and hold a current temple recommend.
Salary : $50 - $60
